I am relatively new to LAMB, so can anyone explain Lamb chops and can I get into the action (and how do i?)

I know Blake is handling it a bit differently than Jess did, but the general thinking remains the same. In short, it's the LAMB's version of a Hit/Link List. Submit your own posts or someone else's - we're looking for the best of the LAMBs.
